Responsibilities

1. Plan tasks and manage requests from multiple stakeholders.
2. Continuously review the platform and recommend system improvements.
3. Coordinate with other development teams to agree and document designs for interdependent functions.
4. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
5. Perform unit and functional testing of developed code.
6. Ensure timely delivery and high quality of software solutions.
7. Ensure you and your team comply with all internal requirements, mandatory training, and regulatory obligations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
2. At least 8 years’ relevant experience delivering IT systems in banking, securities, or financial institutions.
3. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
4. Familiarity with FIX and exchange protocols is a plus.
5. Knowledge of OMS/EMS and cash equities concepts is advantageous.
6. Experience with low‑latency techniques (e.g., LMAX Disruptor) is required.
7. Hands‑on exposure to software engineering tools such as Git and JIRA.
8. Comfortable working in Agile development environments.
9. Experience with build tools such as Maven.
10. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
11. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
