Our client, a regional manufacturer, is on a search for an Interim Finance Director to lead their finance function through a period of financial restructuring. This will be a 6 months contract in Hong Kong. Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of Finance or Finance Director, ideally within a manufacturing, production, trading or supply chain environment.
• Strong experience in commercial finance, financial management and restructuring, supporting businesses through periods of change and transformation.
• Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, working capital, cost control and customer collections.
• Proven experience in supplier and commercial contract negotiations, with a practical approach to improving commercial arrangements.
• Experience supporting investment opportunities, fundraising, debt financing or refinancing, with strong commercial judgement.
• Solid track record in financial control, statutory reporting and compliance across complex or multi-jurisdictional operations.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis skills, with the ability to provide clear commercial insights to senior stakeholders.
