This is a rare opportunity for private practice lawyers to go in-house and work with a highly regarded company that is making significant impacts in society.
The successful candidate will be part of a Hong Kong legal team and will work as Legal Counsel with responsibilities of supporting on broad conveyancing, litigation and regulatory matters and advice internal and external business stakeholders on the related legal risks. He/she will assist in and execute strategies in relation to litigation matters and will develop approaches to resolve disputes.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with around 3-8 years of PQE and have experience in handling conveyancing and commercial disputes. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) required
