Key Job Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Joint Business Planning

Align marketing investments with overall sales growth targets for channels like Bancassurance, Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs), Broker-Dealers, and Tied Agencies.
Develop annual joint marketing plans (JMPs) with key corporate partners (e.g., major retail banks) to capture market share within their existing customer bases.
Segment distributors based on production volume to deliver tiered marketing support, specialized incentives, and dedicated resources.

Sales Enablement & Advisor Engagement

Build advisor-facing toolkits, including product guides, interactive premium calculators, case studies, and compliance-approved sales presentations.
Design point-of-sale (POS) materials and digital tools that help advisors simplify complex life insurance concepts (e.g., estate planning, tax advantages, wealth transfer).
Launch educational webinar series, product training certifications, and promotional toolkits to keep the company's life insurance portfolio top-of-mind for independent brokers.

Campaign Management & Lead Generation

Execute end-to-end, data-driven marketing campaigns targeted at specific life stages
Create co-branded lead-generation programs with institutional partners using data analytics to trigger life insurance offers based on customer banking behaviors.
Develop cross-selling and up-selling campaigns aimed at existing policyholders to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all distributor- and customer-facing materials adhere to local insurance regulatory authorities (e.g., NAIC, SEC, or FINRA rules).
Monitor the usage of unauthorized sales materials in the field by implementing strict brand governance policies across external broker networks.

Analytics, Reporting & Budget Control

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), cost-per-lead, product mix shifting, and digital tool adoption rates.
Manage the allocated multi-million dollar channel marketing budget, reallocating resources dynamically to high-performing distribution networks.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder
20 years of relevant experience gained from large financial institutions or Insurance
Fluent Cantonese, English and preferably Mandarin
