Our Banking client is looking for a Digital Wealth Product Manager focusing on Investment products to join the Wealth Management team with details as below,

Responsibilities

1. Support Senior Digital Product Manager to shape the overall product vision and roadmap for Digital Products of Consumer Banking business
2. Be an internal and external evangelist for your products, drive and help stakeholders to understand product benefits and unique selling proposition
3. Develop delightful customer journeys to contextually deliver and improve journey improvements across platforms, and enhance consistency from online to offline, or offline to online with adequate business data analysis
4. Assist, support and drive end-to-end digital product launch to ensure timely and smooth rollout
5. Strong collaboration with different stakeholders who often have different set of concerns
6. Innovate, develop ideas to grow online channel share and conversion funnel across our digital platforms
7. Conduct small experiments to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome
8. Drive customer immersions and champion the voice of customers by means of quantification (data) and qualification (verbatim) with any stakeholders
9. Develop and implement product launch communications plan focus on increasing awareness and adoption of new Digital Products
10. Support post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points, production problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation
11. Support in budgeting cycle and ensure forecast accuracy

Requirements

1. Strong understanding in Consumer Banking – wealth management business and Investment products
2. Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with stakeholders and develop compelling proposals, reports and presentations
3. Experience in digital channel management, gathering business requirement, product development/ e-commerce and initiatives
4. Preferable with exposure / experience in Web / APP development or Fintech integrations, ability to understand and research Fintech trends and market sentiment
5. Experience working, driving agile digital projects
6. Creative thinking, innate curiosity and strong desire to drive, deliver and contribute innovative ideas that will grow the business and deliver value
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
8. Ability to demonstrate capability in achieving significant outcomes through influence and persuasion of multiple internal and external stakeholders
9. Solid problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
