Responsibilities
- Responsible for all-rounded financial and accounting activities including regulatory reports, financial reporting, financial control, budgeting, auditing and system implementation, etc.
- Prepare financial report and management report (budget and forecasts), also perform group consolidation under statutory requirements
- Lead the month end closing and cash flow management
- Monitor and review financial records
- Ensure the accounting and finance procedures are in compliance with the legal accounting and SFC regulatory standards
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting with a professional qualification
- At least 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting field
- Previous experience in Chinese securities firm or financial services is necessary
- Solid knowledge in SFC regulatory standards and compliance issue
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently and efficiently
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
