Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Technology Architecture

1. Develop and execute the company's AI and digital transformation strategy roadmap, and establish a unified technology architecture.
2. Lead the architecture design and implementation of the AIRM (AI Financial Advisor) and AI for Everyone platforms.
3. Drive the integration of Wealth Management, Securities, and Institutional Business systems, and build a group-level Data & Service Hub .
4. Design AI application solutions for key business scenarios, including investment research, risk management, and customer insights.

Product & System Innovation

1. Lead the design, development, and continuous enhancement of the Group's applications, including international, domestic, and institutional platforms.
2. Integrate Generative AI into the customer journey to create intelligent conversational experiences and AI-powered wealth advisory services.
3. Implement cloud-native, microservices, and API-first architectures to improve system stability, scalability, and delivery efficiency.

Data Security & Compliance

1. Establish AI and data security frameworks to ensure compliance with cross-border data transmission regulations.
2. Develop and enforce group-wide data governance standards to ensure privacy protection and regulatory compliance.

Team Leadership & Culture Development

1. Lead and manage core AI and IT engineering teams.
2. Promote an AI-driven culture across the organization and train business teams in the effective use of AI tools.
3. Establish talent development programs and incentive mechanisms to build an innovative FinTech organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Collaborate closely with business and functional leaders to coordinate domestic and international technology initiatives and project execution.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Financial Technology (FinTech), or a related field.
2. More than 10 years of leadership experience in FinTech, banking, or internet technology organizations, with proven success in large-scale system architecture and AI project implementation.
3. Experience in leading a sizable team
4. Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, MLOps, Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM) deployment, and DevOps practices.
5. Solid understanding of wealth management, securities trading, institutional asset/fund management, and financial regulatory compliance frameworks.
6. Proven experience managing cross-functional technology organizations of over 100 employees, with strong cross-cultural communication, change management, strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and an open, collaborative leadership style.
7. Excellent command in Mandarin, good command in English, preferably in Cantonese as well
8. Station in Hong Kong, travelling to Shanghai is required
