Analyze market trend on deposit products, competitors’ latest development and marketing activities
Assist the Head of Product Management for developing effective business strategies for different segment through different channels
Develop and drive marketing programs, campaigns on deposit products to achieve business growth
Track and perform analysis on business results and marketing programs / campaigns performance, including fulfillment of promotional offers, logistics design and control
Suggest way to improve market programs and operation efficiency
Support in product management and performance monitoring. Oversee KPI and KRI of deposit portfolios
Evaluate market requirements to determine product specifications, pricing policies and responsible for product development
Implement product initiatives to support distribution channels in achieving the related business targets Liaise / work with internal department and external business partners to ensure the rollout of initiatives in timely manner and complied with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business-related disciplines
Min. 5 years’ experience in deposit product management/marketing
Familiar with MS Office, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated and independent with strong organization and project management skill
Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
