Job Description
- Drive end-to-end delivery of digital messaging across eDM, SMS, push notifications and emerging channels.
- Partner with business stakeholders to scope, design and launch data-led CRM campaigns.
- Manage the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-launch measurement.
- Perform hands-on analytics to support campaign targeting, lead generation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, data, technology and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide operational insights and recommend optimisations to enhance customer engagement.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Ensure high-quality execution with strong attention to accuracy, governance and delivery standards.
- Degree holder in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years' experience in data or information management within retail banking.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in analytics-driven campaigns.
- Exposure to AI-related initiatives such as AI agents or RAG-based solutions is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of digital messaging platforms (e.g. SFMC, AEM).
- Experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as SAS, Tableau, QlikSense or Pega preferred.
- Confident communicator able to engage business, operations and technology stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly accountable with a strong service mindset.
