An established, award-winning asset management platform with a strong Asia-Pacific footprint and over a decade in Hong Kong is expanding its client-facing team. The firm specializes in fixed income and yield-oriented strategies for high-net-worth and institutional investors, backed by an experienced leadership team and a stable, well-resourced platform. This is a newly created role with a clear growth trajectory into a full advisory seat.

What you'll do

1. Support and progressively lead business development across HNW, family office, and institutional channels, helping grow the firm's client base and assets under management
2. Manage day-to-day client servicing: responding to portfolio enquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth ongoing account administration
3. Own the new client onboarding process end-to-end, covering all KYC, AML, and regulatory documentation
4. Partner with senior advisors on investment presentations, financial planning, and strategy execution
5. Help broaden the firm's distribution footprint and coordinate client and channel partner events

What you'll bring

1. A degree in finance, business, or a related discipline
2. Some exposure to sales or client services within asset management, wealth management, private banking, or financial sales is ideal.
3. SFC Type 1 & 4 licence holder, or willingness to sit the exams
4. Comfortable navigating client onboarding regulations and compliance workflows
5. Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
6. Bonus: existing relationships with HNW clients, family offices, or distribution partners in Hong Kong
