Company Overview:
Our client, a leading global asset manager, is seeking an experienced liquidity and treasury sales professional to drive the liquidity solutions franchise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs, deepening relationships across a defined institutional client base in Asia.
• Build and grow commercially focused relationships with MMF platforms, banks, intermediaries and treasury clients, increasing market share and franchise visibility in the region.
• Partner closely with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to shape and deliver targeted marketing campaigns, events and thought‑leadership for the liquidity business.
• Represent client needs internally, feeding market and client insight into product development, proposition design and enterprise‑level cross‑selling initiatives.
• Maintain robust client engagement records in CRM, actively participate in internal forums, and represent the firm at key industry events while ensuring full regulatory compliance across covered markets.

Requirements:

• Proven senior sales management experience in liquidity and treasury services, with a track record of successfully originating and growing institutional client relationships in Asia.
• Deep knowledge of the liquidity fund industry, products and solution sets, with demonstrable success selling MMFs and related liquidity solutions to treasury and institutional clients.
• Established personal network and direct access to senior decision‑makers, with clear evidence of individual contribution to driving client acquisition, solution sales and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the funds industry and associated regulatory and legislative frameworks, including risk management of complex institutional client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, service, operations and regional field sales teams in a matrix organisation, working effectively across cultures and geographies.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a self‑starter mindset, the resilience to operate under pressure and tight deadlines, and the discipline to follow through on commercial plans.
• Outstanding communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with a track record of contributing to industry dialogue (e.g. client events, panels, working groups or publications) viewed as a plus.
