About the Job

In the AI Factory within the area of Allianz Technology's CEO, we build and operate the Group's AI delivery engine: developing, deploying, and governing AI-powered software at scale. We work with leading AI labs and build on enterprise-grade AI platforms and agentic frameworks. As an Intern (m/f/d), you will work directly at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery. You'll be part of an international team and work closely with an experienced colleague who supports you as you take on more responsibility.

What you do

• Shape materials that land: Build slides, keynotes, and briefing materials for AI Factory leadership and stakeholders across Allianz Technology, turning complex AI delivery and platform topics into content that is clear and easy to follow.
• Keep the team organized: Support day-to-day organizational work across the AI Factory leads format: scheduling, meeting prep, and tracking action items and follow-ups across streams.
• Connect across teams: Work directly with our stream leads and stakeholders from other Allianz entities, coordinating information and keeping communication moving across a fast-paced, distributed team.
• Get close to how the Factory delivers AI: Gain exposure to agentic tools and vibe coding practices used across the team, and take on organizing events and communication materials.
• Organization of team events: You will take the lead on planning and running our team events, with room to shape the format and scope over time.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (in its final stage) or at any stage of a Master's in Business Administration, Business Informatics, a STEM field, or a related discipline, with an above-average academic record.
• Hands-on experience in consulting, product management, or structured problem-solving, gained through internships, case competitions, or independent projects.
• Strong content preparation and visualization skills, comfortable building clear, well-structured slides and keynotes.
• Willingness to take up ownership of tasks and see them through, comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Business-fluent English; fluency in German is a plus.
• Self-directed, structured, and accountable, with strong communication and collaboration skills across teams; quick to pick up new topics and confident in interactions with top management.
• Available to start immediately for a 6-month full-time internship, with the possibility to continue as a working student.
