That's why Human Resources is one of our most vital teams: From recruiting to career development for BCGers, and from training and mobility support to staffing (assigning our consultants to client casework), the Human Resources Team plays a decisive role in making BCG not just a company, but a Group in which each individual can be their best.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student, you'll support our Alumni Relations team. You will gain interesting insights into our work with former employees and the support of our alumni network. Your main focus is the end-to-end alumni journey, with a strong emphasis on marketing-driven touchpoints such as newsletters, event communications, and content creation. In this role, you support the Alumni Relations team in its day-to-day activities and take ownership for communication- and marketing-related activities.

What You'll Bring

• You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree (with at least one years of study remaining at your start date).
• You ideally have some experience with communication and/or have a background in organizing student networks and events.
• You can work with Excel and already have experience with databases and data management.
• You have a good command of the software in the MS Office package.
• Very good German and English language skills round out your profile.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• You're an organizational talent, a fast worker, reliable, and structured, and you keep an overview even with multiple projects running in parallel.
• You have a keen sense of the sensitivity of personal data and information and a strong sense of responsibility in dealing with them.
• You are a communicator and know how to best address different audiences.
• You enjoy learning new tools and are confident in quickly getting up to speed with new systems and applications.
• You're dependable, take on responsibility, and enjoy working in a team You have a sharp analytical mind and the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and process them in a comprehensible manner.
• You have strong personal initiative and high-quality standards.
• You're unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with coworkers and clients.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Alumni Relations team in Central Europe, working closely with your colleagues in the Düsseldorf, Munich, Zurich, Prague, Budapest, and Warsaw offices. Your supervisor will help you familiarize yourself with the company and develop further, and you can always draw on the experience of your colleagues.
