  • Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Kunden
  
  
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Onboarding-Dokumentationen, Checklisten und Schulungsmaterialien.
  
  
  • Unterstützung bei der Datenerfassung, -validierung und Berichtslegung zu Onboarding-Fortschritt und KPIs.
  
  
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt, Design, Customer Success und IT zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Startprozesses.
  
  

Das bringst du mit

• Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Informatik oder vergleichbar.


• Interesse bzw. erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Experience, Onboarding oder Projektunterstützung.


• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
