Our client is a reputable fund management firm with a strong presence in the Greater China region. They are currently seeking for a solid Senior Analyst for Consumer sector to join their dynamic team in Shanghai.
Reporting to the CIO who is based in Shanghai, your main task is to work closely with the investment team in managing the HK/China equities portfolios with a focus on Consumer sector. You will play a part in developing the investment processes; making calls on buy and sell decisions of securities within the sector of coverage by conducting in-depth investment analysis and company research, based on fundamental bottom up research.
To qualify, you should have an excellent academic background from a reputable university, with a solid 8 - 12 years of experience as an investment analyst with asset management firm specializing on the Greater China Consumer Sector. Strong analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills are required. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese are a must.
