Mission

Design and optimize content and conversational journeys for AI solutions, to provide a consistent, accessible, and effective user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design dialogues, content, and conversational journeys for chatbots and AI assistants.
• Define tone of voice, content strategy, and user experience (UX).
• Collaborate with AI, development, architecture, and business teams.
• Analyze user feedback and continuously improve journeys.
• Produce documentation, recommendations, and reports.
• Participate in testing, governance, and Agile best practices.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Very good command of French or Dutch and English.
• Experience in Chatbot, AI, UX, and Content Design projects.
• Knowledge of conversational AI principles, NLP, and Prompt Engineering.
• Mastery of UX concepts, accessibility (WCAG), information architecture, and content strategy.
• Knowledge of conversational tools (Botpress, Voiceflow, Rasa) and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good communication, analysis, and writing skills.
