The Accounting Manager will work within the Finance and Tax team in Finance, supporting the Group Head of Consolidation and Reporting and Country Manager in Belgium establish a strong financial control framework and work on projects for a wider CFO function.
THE JOB
Specifically responsibilities will include:
- Implementing robust financial controls
- Identifying / enhancing improvements and best practice
- Owning external relationships
- Statutory Reporting of regulated entity
- Strong analysis / MI to support key decision making
- Regulatory Governance
- Liaising with offshore support
- Ad hoc projects as required
YOU
To be considered for this job, the following experience is required:
- Part qualified (ACCA or CIMA) / Qualified Accountant with up to 2 years post qualification experience)
- French and Dutch speaking
- Local GAAP (Belgian) & IFRS Expertise
- Business Intelligence Tools
- Financial Services Background
- Stakeholder management / Commercially Astute
