As a Senior Manager within IB&M Finance Business Partnering, you'll help shape business decisions through high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, commercial analysis and strategic insights.

Partnering closely with the Coverage and Capital Structuring businesses, you'll connect financial performance to business outcomes, providing the commercial insight and challenge needed to drive performance.

Our Finance Business Partnering team delivers insights, analytics and forecasting that help senior stakeholders make better commercial decisions across client, product and portfolio performance.

Your impact

You'll will:

• Deliver revenue reporting, forecasting and performance insights
• Analyse profitability, client performance and portfolio trends
• Translate complex financial data into meaningful business recommendations
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities
• Influence strategic decision-making through high-quality analysis
• Drive a strong financial control and reporting environment

We're interested in hearing from people who have

• Senior Manager experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Product Control, Performance Reporting or Decision Support
• Strong revenue reporting and financial performance analysis experience
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to interpret business drivers
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills
• The ability to turn complex data into a compelling business narrative
