See yourself in our team
Business Banking offer a complete range of transaction, lending and trading solutions, along with tailored offerings for over 1 million small and medium businesses, regional and agribusinesses, and mid-to-large corporates.
Everyday Business Banking helps customers "pay and get paid" through market-leading products and propositions including deposit and transaction products, merchant solutions, and the management of the business customer lifecycle. This is an exciting time to join us and be part of our journey.
As a Performance Chapter Lead, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, performance, and execution. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help shape the strategic agenda, drive prioritisation and delivery discipline, and ensure the organisation remains focused on the outcomes that matter most to customers and the business.
This role goes beyond planning and performance management. We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, fresh thinking, and an external perspective. You will play a critical role in helping leaders navigate complexity, make strategic trade-offs, improve organisational effectiveness, and build world-class execution disciplines that accelerate business outcomes.

You will help leaders make better decisions by bringing together strategic insight, performance analysis and a deep understanding of organisational priorities.
Working alongside the Executive Advisor and Domain Leadership Team, you will help shape and operationalise the domain's strategic agenda, ensuring strategic priorities translate into clear plans, measurable outcomes and disciplined execution.
