About the Team
OurSydney Operations team is a close-knit and collaborative group responsible forthe day-to-day running of the office. The team currently comprises our OfficeManager, Receptionist and part-time Office Clerk who work closely together toensure a seamless and professional experience for our people and clients. Thisfull-time Office Clerk role reports to the Office Manager.

An exciting opportunity has arisen fora professional and enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our Sydney team on afull-time basis, working onsite from our CBD office. The Office Clerk positionis an entry-level role and involves a range of administrative duties to supportthe office.

Aboutthe Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen fora professional and enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our Sydney team on afull-time basis, working onsite from our CBD office. The Office Clerk positionis an entry-level role and involves a range of administrative duties to supportthe office.
Duties of this role will include:
- general office administration support including filing, archiving, scanning, photocopying and printing legal documentation;
- collecting/distributing incoming mail and posting outgoing mail;
- responding to incoming deliveries via the loading dock
- external tasks including court filing, document delivery, court trolley delivering, delivering urgent items to Court during hearings, deliveries for departments and committees, adhoc purchases from CBD suppliers);
- organising catering and assisting with internal/external events and firm initiatives;
- attending to and ensuring the kitchen, meeting rooms and photocopy areas are maintained at a high standard including emptying the dishwasher and general tidiness of the kitchen area;
- kitchen and office supplies ordering and unpacking;
- providing reception coverage including attending to meeting rooms, greeting clients, answering the phone, taking messages, etc; and
- other adhoc duties across the office, including assisting other offices nationally as required.
About You

- a recent school leaver or early career starter with a keen interest in gaining administrative skills within the legal industry;
