The Role
- Review and co-ordination of training material
- Organisation of courses and events
- Reception duties - meeting and greeting clients, couriers and deliveries
- Ordering of stationary and other office supplies
- Answering phone calls and attending to emails
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Travel/Event space organisation
Your Profile
You will be an experienced Administrator with very strong organisational skills and a really keen eye for detail.
You will enjoy a hands-on role working across the business and working with lots of different people.
Solid working experience in MS Word and Excel.
