Your New RoleAs the Data Migration Analyst (Dynamics), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting the migration of critical business data from Oracle and legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.Developing comprehensive data migration strategies aligned with project objectives and timelinesCreating detailed data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate data migrationExtracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data into Dynamics 365 environmentsConducting data validation and quality assurance activities to maintain data integrity and accuracyIdentifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data-related issues throughout the migration lifecycleCollaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements and support project deliveryProducing detailed migration documentation, including mapping specifications, transformation rules, and validation proceduresCoordinating testing activities including unit, system, and user acceptance testingProviding post-migration support and ensuring successful transition to the new platform
What you will need to succeedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experienceMinimum 5 years' experience as a Data Migration Analyst or in a similar data-focused roleStrong experience delivering Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration projectsAdvanced SQL and database management skills, particularly within Oracle or similar enterprise databasesExperience delivering complex and/or high-volume data migration initiativesStrong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, transformation, and data quality frameworksExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environmentExperience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum preferred)Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) will be highly regardedExposure to change management practices within large-scale transformation programs will be advantageous
