We'll be looking to you to contribute to the strategy and growth of the company for money transfer, payments, foreign exchange business and digital. You will be responsible for all the cash flow of the WU LACA entities. You'll manage foreign currency settlement in accordance with standards set by the Central Banks of each country. You will be tasked with the development and implementation of mechanisms for cash collection as well as maintaining commercial relations with banks and armored truck. You'll lead the Negotiation Committee with the armored transportation services and banks. Also, you'll interact with other areas within the company. You'll analyze and take decisions on the financial strategy, cost management and annual budget.
For such a detail-driven role, you'll have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive Banking experience or Finance and Treasury roles in multinational. You'll also need 2-4 years of people management experience. You will also have obtained your bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics. You'll need advanced English and advanced Microsoft Office.
