You Offer
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Informatics or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a leading role in change and/or transformation projects. Experience in the financial services industry preferably in operations is a strong plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong business and affinity for technology and innovation in the field of digitalization
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured and result-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in a highly dynamic and fast moving environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple, mission-critical tasks and the flexibility to adapt changed priorities
  • Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
  • Capability to interpret and compile information in order to provide stakeholders and management with adequate information
  • An excellent ability to work collaboratively and manage various stakeholders across business functions and design authorities
  • Very good command of written and spoken English. German or any other language is an asset
