What we are looking for:
Core UI developer with a minimum 10 years of professional experience. People who are excited by technology and working with others to develop truly GREAT working software. People who can translate requirements and mock ups into fully functional features, willing to take ownership, responsibility and perform in a "first-class" way.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Fast learning, enjoy solving complex problems and creating simple solutions.
Enjoy improving productivity through strategic automation tools and quality through automated tests.
Proactively look to develop, implement and further best practices across the group.
Works well with others and understands the importance of the team
- Hands on knowledge of jQuery and JS frameworks / libraries like Angular, React, Ember et. al.
- Good understanding about NPM and ES2016
- Build tool libraries such as Grunt, Gulp or Webpack
- Test libraries like Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, Protractor or Nightwatch
- Java script IDE Visual Studio Code, Atom, Sublime Text or Webstorm
- Solid knowledge of CSS (Box model, CSS selector priority, etc.)
- CSS Pre-Processors like SASS, LESS, etc.
- HTML5 and Semantic markup
- Code versioning tools (GIT)
- Be able to show what you've built via GitHub, Bitbucket, CodePen, or a personal portfolio site.
Additional skills (Good to have):
- AG-Grid, CKEditor, Bootstrap
- JS lint libraries like ESlint, JSLint and so on
- Typescript or Flow
- NodeJS and Electron
