Job Description

Responsible for preparing credit documentations for Private Bank business, including individual accounts, corporate accounts & trust accounts for onshore and offshore clients

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Review the correctness and completeness of facility letters, solicitor instruction letters, checklists and other credit documentations
Liaise with and handle enquiries from Front Office and Middle Office to complete the execution of facility letter, security documents, obtain proper supporting documents and authorizations
Review client documentations and company searches, perform necessary due diligence review to ensure facility documents are properly authorized and executed; and assist FO to obtain legal opinions and searches where necessary
Ensure all credit documentations and conditions precedent/subsequent are met/follow before limit setup
Prepare regulatory reporting, sample testing
To maintain/update Desk Operating Instructions

Qualifications and Skills

- Tertiary Education or above
- Solid banking experience preferable in the areas of credit operations and collateral monitoring
- Knowledge on the different financial products including derivative products
- Meticulous in figures, possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing priorities
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
